This e-learning course is part of a programme of support for school leadership teams. This input will explore resilience and well being. Understanding your own ways of coping with stress is vital. As is understanding your colleagues and knowing how you work well as a team.

This interactive e-learning module is designed for a group of staff to work through together. It is only available with the accompanying suite of grief and loss download materials.

The module is best completed with these resources in mind or to hand to help develop knowledge, embed your learning and support your thinking about policy and practice in school. The module involves group discussion and may last 60-120 minutes depending on the amount of discussion generated.
